Partibazi

“Partybazi” is a Farsi term that I didn’t find its equal term in English actually, but I think terms like: “band making “can use instead. It is one of the serious problems in countries like Iran that is categorized as under developed countries. Its origin maybe comes back to ancient times when people try to save their situation in society with making a band or group based on family, ethnological, religious or linguistic relationships etc. Unemployment of qualified persons, uninterested employees, wasting investments are some social problems due to“band making”. Another possible reason for this problem is unstable society, cause unsafe feeling in people. I think with creating a systematic employment system in organizations and Companies, especially in governmental ones, this problem can be decreased significantly.
